Equipments

A view of one of our chambers. Our lab is equipped with 5 chambers (3 are TOFMS chambers and 2 are LIF),eight Nd/YAG lasers (5 of which pump dye lasers attached to wavelenght extenders-WEX-), an optical parametric oscillator, an ArF Lambda Physik excimer laser, a variable wavelength femtosecond laser, a 118nm VUV (9th harmonic of Nd/YAG fundamental output) laser, and a X-ray laser.

The TOFMS chamber is on the right and on the left a LIF chamber. For the TOFMS a pulsed valve is inserted into the chamber. The ablation laser and ionization laser enter the chamber perpendicular to the valve axis.
